Summary: 35,000 meals being packaged in Long Beach for disaster relief victims


This project is to package meals for under-nourished families in other countries, generally those struck by disasters. The financial commitment of 29 cents per meal covers the meal ingredients, equipment and instructions on how to package the meals, packaging materials, transportation and distribution of the meals. Participants in this effort will include Rotarians, Interactors, Rotoractors, and alumni of our Camp Enterprise, along with family members.. This project entails obtaining a location (finished) and packaging 35,000 meals in a fun, assembly-line fashion.
