Summary: Purchase Refrigerator for Food Pantry on Aurora University Serving Students in Need


The food pantry located on campus at Aurora University is fairly sparse with limited offerings and a limit to the number of items each student can select. Our club has researched purchasing a refrigerator in order to provide students in need with fresh produce, dairy, and other perishable items in addition to the currently provided noodles, pasta, and canned goods stocked at the pantry. A supplier of the better quality foods has also been located.

Hi Theresa,

I want to remind you that your club’s final report for P3334: Aurora U Pantry Refrigerator is due by Monday, May 24. If your club has completed its project, I am asking that you file the final report as quickly as possible. If you have not been able to complete your project due to COVID, please let me know. You may be able to repurpose the grant. The deadline for notification is this upcoming Monday, April 12. Unused funds will not carry over into FY22.
