 There is a great need in poor rural areas of Baguio City for support of Chiro an organizations like the boy and girl scouts. Approximately 150 boys and girls in these areas have a need for the moral and leadership available through such an organization. Currently many of the youth in these areas are turning to gangs, where fighting, and destruction often occurs. This grant is for uniforms, equipment, and camping expenses to assist these youths in a positive and productive life style. |
