Provision of Mosquito Nets

$9,700

Malaria today is the highest cause of death amongst children and adults in Uganda yet it can be avoided. The treatmet of malaria is costly to the rural community who have no basic source of income and rely on subsistence agriculture for a living. In most instances the treatment is not sought. The most affected group are the children. We propose to provide the treated mosquito nets to the local community in Kirewa subcounty in Tororo District to avert this problem.
