Uganda Taxi Cabs

$10,000

This is a grant to purchase, license, and insure 1 taxi cab to service the population in the city of Kampala. Using records of an actual cab, we estimate this cab would earn about $3000 annually to be used for the medical and educational needs of children in a non profit children’s home in Kampala. Besides this, the cab would put to work 2 individuals, making it possible for them to support their families.
