A vehicle for the Missionvale Care Centre, and Sister Ethel Normoyle, will be purchased to transport bedridden patients suffering from HIV/Aids and advanced Tuberculosis to and from the community hospital.

Jennifer Berg wrote that she has received all payment requirements for this grant. She will send the grant to the payments department for payment. Funds will arrive in the project account in South Africa within 4 weeks.

The matching grant money has been received by the Rotary Club of Port Elizabeth West on 13 November 2007 to the amount of ZAR 264,960.15.
Due to the increase in price on the Toyota Quantum 14-seater diesel model, it was decided to change to the petrol (gas) model.
The vehicle has already been ordered. Once the dealership receives the vehicle, it will be sent for signage and the fitting of a satellite tracking system.
Arrangements will then be made for the official hand-over of the vehicle.

Karen de Jager wrote that the vehicle arrived, registration took place it was sent for the artwork on the vehicle. Then they will send it to install the satellite tracking system, and then arrangements will be made for the official handover.

Karen de Jager emailed Jennifer Berg the final report and corresponding bank statements. US$ 819.40 has been paid back to TRF as a surplus on this project. Jennifer Berg wrote back to confirm receipt of final report.
