Higiro Sekibibi emailed the following clarifications that Mary Howard needed for the grant application:

1-The RC Mengo will transport the incubators from Joint Medical Stores to a designated site for handle over to the benefiting institutions. The beneficiaries will transport the incubators to the final destination.
2-The RC Mengo will manage the Project Account, Purchase the items and carry out a handover ceremony and publicize it in the local media of the host country plus demanding acknowledgement from management of benefiting institutions. RC Mengo will have to provide accountability to the partners and eventually to Rotary Foundation. The Rotarians will make field visits to the hospitals especially during the warranty periods guaranteed by the supplier. We shall lead the funding partners(RC Poway) to the sites when they visit us and maintain correspondence.

The third additional item that needs to be noted is:
Host partners may have up to five projects open at one time. RC Mengo currently has three approved, funded, paid or reported projects and five pending applications. Please be aware that only two of the five pending applications can move forward until some of the open projects are closed.

Mary Howard wrote that the project implementation, host partner participation, and host partner matching grants limit requirements have now been met. She was waiting for the description of international partner participation from RC Poway and PP Gallegos responded with the needed information. As all requirements have now been met, this application has been forwarded for a decision.
