	D-864    Mexico - Tijuana Blankets and Shoes $47,340 This project is a project of Serving Hands International In the hills outside Tijuana proper there are many colonias where families live in shacks where they have little protection from the rain and cold in the winter months. Their children also have need for sturdy shoes because they often have to walk great distances to school. We have made contact with missionary sources in Tijuana that will assist us in the selection of the poor families that will receive these items. Over 5000 families will receive assistance from this grant.
